Just checking in to let you know what I've eaten today
100% Whole wheat muffin (I made these and reduced the sugar to 1/2)
hard boiled egg
string cheese
apple
sweet potato (no, not the whole thing lol)
cottage cheese 1/2 cup
another muffin
string cheese ( probably not the best snack ever)
planning to have:
grilled chicken,
veggies
Day 1 is off to a good start! Will make some diet changes for tomorrow to get in more veggies and fruit. Glad Leslie didn't kill over when she saw me in a swimsuit today (that was good)! I am looking forward to tomorrow, but am scared that it is going to be really difficult, but I am ready and so grateful to be on this journey! Wishing you all the best! Kami

ReplyDeleteHey, you ate pretty good. Good for you. Kasey is going to get up and exercise with me every morning so I am really excited about that. He did the eliptical and I did the tredmill this morning. How do you become a contributor tot he blog?
