Food:
- yogurt & string cheese
- cottage cheese in a wrap
- lean cuisine w/ celery
- cottage cheese w/ apple
- soy nuts
- omelet w/ veggies, yogurt/fruit shake and toast
How I feel: Good. I feel like I need about 5 more (uninterrupted by children) hours in my day - but unless I figure that out - I'll have to figure something else out....I am also wishing that going grocery shopping and stuff wasn't such a pain with my kids. There are things I'm finding as I go along that I wish I had at my fingertips - but when I get thinking about taking my 2 crazies to the store - I decide something I already have at home will have to do. I need to workout a schedule with that.
Gratitudes: I'm grateful today to have a husband who wants to support me on this journey. His idea of support and my idea of support might not be the same thing....but I'm grateful that he at least is *trying* to be as supportive as possible.
I'm grateful for sunshine and a beautiful earth.
I'm grateful that it looks like the computer techie guys are going to be able to recover most of my digital scrapbooking files that I thought were lost when the hard drive I was using went kaput. Yeah!
That is great about your scrapbooking. I'm happy that Cory wants to support you. He's a man so he must be given leeway on the technique and bonus points for the intention :) Your meals look great and I'm happy you are sore, cause that means you are getting stronger!
