This morning was a killer. I'm kind of disappointed that I pooped out so easily on the treadmill. I have been going 2 miles every day for the last 12 days, but obviously not pushing myself hard enough! I know I will get stronger each day. My lungs are still a little raw and that feels good. I love my muscles being fatigued. I KNOW I did something.
Meal 1: Oatmeal (I love it!) cottage cheese/pineapple
Meal 2: Yogurt, String Cheese
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, mashed potatoes
Meal 4: apple, peanut butter/graham crackers
Meal 5: I don't know
Meal 6: I don't know--I'm going to the store this morning.

My kids are still asleep so I can catch up on the computer guilt free
The earthquakes have stopped and they didn't cause distruction.
