Keri 1/11/10

Ok, I am not doing so well today. That was a hard workout!! Maybe I won't say that I am loving it anymore!! lol I came home and had 3 of my meals within 1 1/2 hours. I still have 13 of my weight watcher points but need a pick me up!!

M1-Oatmeal and 1/2 c. milk
M2-String cheese and whole wheat roll
M3-Smartones
M4-another Smartones cuzz I was still hungry!!
M5-hopefully something good
M6-?

  1. Keri - I know what you mean! I was so hungry when I got home and ate a bigger 1st meal than normal, and then waited too long till my next meal and I've been really hungry but haven't wanted to over do it. Keep working at it. I've found when I have days when I'm hungry and want to eat I will try to snack on carrots or celery. There's something about chewing and chewing and chewing that makes me feel like I'm eating more than I actually am.....which makes me feel a bit more full.
