Mindy - Wednesday Jan.6

Yay for today! So much better than yesterday. Did not do such an intense cardio, but lengthened. Was able to do just shy of 2 miles in 28 minutes. Didn't quite feel like I was gonna toss my cookies. Ab workout was great. I will be sore tomorrow. I think it was probably 15 minutes worth...

Diet: I tried to mix it up yesterday and did not like the changes. I think I'll stick with earlier week menu. At least until I get sick of it.

Hang in there everyone! The first week to week and a half are the hardest (or so I've been told :) We can do it.

  1. I did better today too! Totally impressed with your run! When I grow up I want to be able to run like you! I am looking forward the the end of the first week or two also! Glad we're on this journey together! Kami

  2. What are you talking about...you want to run like me? I'm the suckies runner ever...EVER! But I know it will get easier. I too, am walking like a grandma today. Just trying to stretch out my hip flexor. Owie!! :)
