Kami 1/6/10

I am walking like an old granny because I am so sore. A student in my class asked if I needed a cane! I told him to go home and do 2000 squats and we'll see how well he walks tomorrow!

Food plan:

banana, sting cheese

apple, string cheese (can you tell I like cheese)?

brown rice, seasoned hamburger (1/2 cup portions)

egg beaters with veggies and 1 tsp. cheese

yogurt and cottage cheese

Feeling very "stiff" otherwise AWESOME! Glad to be alive and well!
