Joanna - 1/5/10

Food:
  1. cottage cheese and orange
  2. apple w/ peanut butter & nuts
  3. string cheese, carrots, yogurt
  4. lean cuisine baked chicken & celery
  5. cottage cheese and crackers (anyone have some great advice for some good whole wheat crackers?)
  6. chicken soup, whole wheat toast, milk
Exercise: I know that it wasn't a triathalon, or a even a very heavy-duty workout - but I felt like I climbed a mountain. Not physically - but mentally. Just being able to say I did my first workout on a journey - makes me feel awesome. I love the energy that it gives me for the day - and I just feel great.

How I'm feeling: GOOD!

Gratitudes: I'm grateful for encouragment from my kids. I'm grateful for good nights sleep, possibility and times to play with my kids.
